1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneMuslim, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneMuslim is an Islamic lifestyle application that provides features including but not limited to accurate prayer times, Qibla direction, Al-Quran, Dhikr counters, Mosque finder, and other Islamic tools to support your daily spiritual routine.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

OneMuslim offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly as all payments are processed through the App Store.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission.
• Use the App to distribute any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of OneMuslim and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Prayer times and Qibla directions are calculated using established algorithms but may vary based on your device and location accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneMuslim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Apple's Standard EULA

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
